The Main club house at the Puchong Golf Club and Resort was being upgraded and expanded. The expansion resulting in additions and alterations to the original structure resulting in additional loads.
Scope of work of the strengthening works was to strengthen existing structural members for change in loading using Tyfo® Fibrwrap® System. The strengthening was carried out on slabs and beams of the first floor, second floor and the roof structures.
The completed strengthening works were also protected with our approved fire proofing Tyfo® VG System.
