Pioneering Progress: The Power of Research & Development
Since its invention, the FYFE Asia’s FRP Composite Systems have been comprehensively tested and proven for effectiveness and durability. Thousands of test, both destructive and non-destructive have been performed worldwide. These include material testing, long-term environmental durability testing, full-scale structural testing and in-situ testing of actual installations. This System has also been tested for use against blast threats under full scale detonation.
Besides its FRP Composite Systems, research into developing new products, systems, and construction methodology has been carried out extensively. Some of these that have been developed and now used extensively are, to name but a few – hybrid structural enhancement, Compositwall® strengthening, high strength laminates, underwater epoxies, blast-proofing, special grouts, and timber retrofitting.
All products, systems, and construction methodology have been widely tested and independently verified by numerous independent testing laboratories and universities in USA, Asia and the rest of the world.
